The pork we sell at Choice Foods only comes from Thai export-grade, HACCP accredited, licensed for markets in Japan and the EU. This means that the farming and processing methods have been inspected and approved to have the same animal health, nutrition and hygienic standards as Japanese and European producers. With this A-grade pork, we offer fresh portion control cuts and pork-based products such as ham, bacon and sausages.
Choice Foods pork burger is produced under the watchful eye of our Butchers. We only use lean pork of the highest quality from an export-accredited abbatoir in Thailand with full traceability. Using a traditional recipe, the pork is cured for fourteen days in sea salt and spices such as mace, juniper and coriander.
